摘 要:伴随着科学技术的不断发展,为保证矿产资源稳定化、高效化提供,社会各界逐渐提升了对矿山运输设备的关注程度,旨在对其进行全面、深入的分析,明确矿山运输设备的基本运行现状,同时分析设备动力学特性,科学、合理控制设备振动频率,延长矿山运输设备的使用寿命。对矿山运输设备构建力学模型、数学模型、仿真模型以及仿真研究结论系统进行分析,并提出矿山运输设备车体振动控制的研究策略,进而为矿山运输设备相关研究人员提供一定参考。With the continuous development of science and technology, in order to ensure the stability and efficiency of mineral resources, all walks of life have gradually strengthened the attention to the mine transportation equipment, aiming at the comprehensive and in-depth analysis, the basic operation status of the mine transportation equipment, and the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the equipment. We should control the vibration frequency of the equipment scientifically and reasonably, and extend the service life of the mine transportation equipment. In this paper, a mechanical model, a mathematical model, a simulation model for the construction of a mine transportation equipment, and a systematic analysis of the conclusion of the simulation research are made, and the research strategy of the vibration control of the body of the mine transportation equipment is put forward. It will provide some reference for researchers in mine transportation equipment.
