摘  要:针对目前玻璃香水瓶瓶口结构复杂、口径检测难度大以及人工测量效率低等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的玻璃香水瓶口径检测装置。通过传感器触发,工业相机对玻璃香水瓶口进行图像采集,针对香水瓶多口的特征进行一系列的数学形态处理,并实时显示检测结果。该系统成功完成对玻璃香水瓶口径的测量试验,且能高效率、高准确率完成测量,达到了玻璃香水瓶口径测量生产线自动化的要求,有较高的应用推广价值。In view of the complex structure of the bottle of glass perfume bottle, the difficulty of caliber detection and the low efficiency of manual measurement, the institute designed a glass perfume bottle diameter detecting device based on machine vision technology. Through the sensor trigger, the industrial camera collects the image of the glass bottle mouth, and performs a series of mathematical processing on the characteristics of the perfume bottle, and displays the test result in real time. The system successfully completed the measurement test of the diameter of the glass perfume bottle, and the measurement can be completed with high efficiency and high accuracy, which meets the requirements of the automation of the glass perfume bottle diameter measuring production line, and has high application and promotion value.
