摘  要:【目的】通过测定狗牙根的形态指标、叶绿素、丙二醛含量、保护酶活性及镉含量,探讨其对镉的耐受潜力。【方法】本文以未遭受镉污染的海南野生狗牙根为试验材料,采取盆栽法,对其施加不同浓度的外源镉(10、20、30 mg/kg)。【结果】实验发现,镉胁迫下,株高,地上、地下部分生物量,植株中镉含量,POD活性,前后期SPAD值均高于对照。镉浓度≥20 mg/kg时,促进作用最强;但对茎节长、SOD有抑制作用。镉浓度0~20 mg/kg时,镉富集系数大于转移系数,地下部分镉含量大于地上部分;而叶长、叶宽、茎基直径、MDA、CAT及中期SPAD值对镉胁迫无显著变化。【结论】镉胁迫对狗牙根生长有一定的促进作用,其镉积累量较高,狗牙根是用于重金属污染土壤修复的较好物种之一。【Objective】In the present study,tolerance to Cd was tested by morphological index,chlorophyll,MDA content,protective enzyme activity and cadmium content of Bermudagrass.【Method】Wild Bermudagrass in Hainan without cadmium pollution was used as experimental material.It was treated with different concentrations of exogenous Cd(10,20 and 30 mg/kg) via potting method.【Result】Under Cd stress,plant height,aboveground/underground biomass,Cd content in plants,POD activity and initial/end SPAD values were all higher than CK.When the Cd concentration ≥20 mg/kg,it displayed the strongest promoting effect,while it exhibited inhibition for stem length and SOD value.At the Cd concentration of 0 ~ 20 mg/kg,enrichment coefficient and underground content of Cd were higher than translocation coefficient and ground content,respectively;while there were no obvious changes for leaf length,leaf width,MDA,CAT and mid-term SPAD value under Cd stress.【Conclusion】It could be indicated that the Cd stress was beneficial for growth of bermudagrass with relatively high accumulation capacity of Cd,expressing the one potential application in soil remediation from heavy metal pollution of bermudagrass.
