摘 要:【目的】本研究探索了油菜在不同硼用量下反射光谱与叶绿素含量之间的关系,旨在为油菜品质育种提供参考。【方法】以甘蓝型油菜早熟品种420为对象,分别于蕾薹期、花期和成熟期,利用高光谱技术,测定不同硼肥条件下冠层反射高光谱,同时测定叶绿素a,b的含量以研究光谱与两者之间的关系。【结果】在3种硼肥条件下,光谱参数及光谱一阶微分与叶绿素含量之间均表现出极显著相关关系,利用SPSS 22.0拟合两特征光谱得到的多元回归函数亦达到极显著水平,且R2均在0.8以上。此外,0.5倍硼肥条件下叶绿素a,b的3种植被指数与3边幅值均达到极显著水平;正常硼肥条件下的3种植被指数和3边幅值均达到显著水平以上;而1.5倍硼肥条件下,除叶绿素a与光谱一阶微分的比值和归一化植被指数未达显著水平之外,其他均达到显著水平以上。【结论】本研究具有较好的预测精度,可为油菜品质育种研究与区域尺度油菜生长的快速、无损遥感监测提供参考。【Objective】This study explored the relationship between reflectance spectra and chlorophyll content of rapeseed under different amounts of boron,in order to provide reference for rapeseed quality breeding.【Method】With the early maturing type B.napus 420 as an object,the hyperspectral techniques were used to determine the hyperspectral reflectance of canopy under different boron fertilizers at bud stage,flowering stage and maturation stage,as well as the contents of chlorophyll a and b were measured in order to study the relationship between spectrum with them.【Result】Under the three kinds of boron fertilizers,relationships between the spectral parameters and the first-order differential of the spectra and the chlorophyll content showed extremely significant correlations.The multivariate regression function obtained by fitting the two spectral features using SPSS 22.0 also reached a very significant level,and R2 was above 0.8.In addition,under the condition of 0.5 times of boron fertilizer,the three planting index and three-sided amplitude of chlorophyll a and b reached extremely significant levels;under the normal boron fertilizer condition,there were both above the significant level;Under the 1.5-fold condition,except that the ratio of chlorophyll a to the first derivative of the spectrum and the normalized vegetation index were not significantly higher,the others reached significant levels.【Conclusion】There is a good prediction accuracy in this study,which can be used as a reference for rape breeding,rapid and nondestructive monitoring of rape growth in regional scale.
