子宫压迫缝合术治疗产后出血效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫压迫缝合术治疗产后出血的临床价值。方法随机将2017年2月～2018年2月收治的96例产后出血患者分为两组,每组48例。对照组给予常规止血手段,观察组给予子宫压迫缝合术。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、住院时间及术中出血量等指标均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论子宫压迫缝合术治疗产后出血效果理想。Objective To investigate the clinical value of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 96 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group. The control group used conventional hemostasis,and the observation group used uterine compression suture. Compared the clinical effects of two groups. Results The total effective rate,time of hospitalization and intraoperative blood loss of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of uterine compression suture is ideal.
