摘　　要：在中国对外直接投资规模迅速增长的背景下,对外直接投资(OFDI)逐渐成为影响中国产业结构优化升级过程中的重要因素。从理论上分析三种投资动机的OFDI对母国产业结构优化升级的影响机制,之后利用省级层面数据,在考虑OFDI滞后效应的基础上,实证研究中国对外直接投资对母国产业升级效应的影响及地区差异性。结果表明,OFDI对中国的产业结构优化升级在短期产生了显著的促进作用,并且会持续影响多个时期。其中,针对技术获取型OFDI的实证分析表明,OFDI将通过提高全要素生产率(TFP)的路径促进中国产业结构的优化和升级。With the rapid growth of China＇s outward foreign direct investment,OFDI has gradually become an importantfactor in the process of China＇s industrial structure optimizing and upgrading. In this study,firstly we theoreticallyanalyze the possible channels of how the three types of OFDI with different motives bring the industrial structure＇soptimization and upgrading. Then taking the hysteresis effect into account,this paper empirically studies the industrialupgrading influence of Chinese enterprises＇ foreign direct investment both in national and regional level. The resultsshow that OFDI has a significant effect on the optimization and upgrading of China＇s industrial structure in the shortterm,and will last for several periods. Moreover,the empirical analysis of technology sourcing OFDI shows that it canindeed lead to the optimization and upgrading of China＇s industrial structure by improving total factor productivity.
