摘　　要：网络政治参与是公民借助互联网平台参加政治活动的行为,它具有广泛性、直接性、虚拟性等特征。网络政治参与对我国社会主义政治文明建设有着不容忽视的积极作用,同时也存在着一定的负面影响。为了能让网络政治参与更好服务我国社会主义政治文明建设,政府需要采取相应对策来优化公民网络政治参与的环境,使得网络参政变成我国的公民参与社会主义的政治文明的建设的有效方式。Network political participation is the behavior of citizens to participate in political activities through the platform of Internet.It has the features of universality,immediacy and virtuality,and so on.Network political participation has an important great influence on the construction of socialist political civilization in China,and it also has some negative effects.In order to make the network political participation better servie the construction of socialist political civilization in our country,the government needs to take corresponding countermeasures to optimize the environment of political participation of citizens network makes the network politics into our country citizen participation in the construction of socialist political civilization of important ways.
