摘  要:以尿素及醇类为起始原剂,通过烯烃氧化物的开环聚合反应,制备出具有优良交联性能的聚醚多元醇。制备过程无需精制,无废渣产生,产品得率高,整个生产过程节能环保,具有一定的社会效益。针对工业生产中出现问题进行优化,生产中管路堵塞的现象得到极大的缓解,生产中未发现突然蹿压现象。Polyether polyols with excellent cross-linking properties were prepared by ring-opening polymerization of olefin oxides with urea and alcohols as starting materials and some new catalysts.The preparation process needs no refining,no waste residue is produced,the product yield is high,the whole production process is energysaving and environmental protection,and has certain social benefits.In view of the problems in industrial production,the phenomenon of pipeline blockage has been greatly alleviated,and no sudden pressure jump has been found in production.
