摘　　要：目的研究我国治疗慢性胃炎中成药的组方特点与安全性,为临床应用及药物研发提供参考。方法查询药智网中成药处方数据库,筛选功能主治为"慢性胃炎"的中成药,通过整理处方信息、检索文献典籍,对处方的组方规律及安全性进行评估。结果我国用于治疗慢性胃炎的中成药共有61种,组方中使用频次较高的中药有甘草、海螵蛸、木香、白芍等,主归脾、胃、肺、肝经,治法以补气、收涩、清热、理气、活血为主。其中34个中成药含"有毒"中药,13种中成药有不良反应报道,大多数为含有"有毒"中药的处方。结论我国慢性胃炎中成药的组方特点与临床治疗要求一致,但是安全性尚有不足,需警惕使用含"有毒"中药的中成药。Objective To study the prescription characteristics and safety of Chinese patent medicine in treating chronic gastritis, in order to provide suggestions for clinical use and drug development. Methods Refering to the Yaozhi Network Database of Chinese patent medicine, screening of the major function for ＂chronic gastritis＂, and through sorting out the prescription information and searching the literature, evaluate the prescription law and safety. Results A total of 61 kinds of Chinese patent medicines were used for the treatment of chronic gastritis in China. The herbs with higher frequency of usage included Licorice, Cuttlebone, Radix Aueklandiae and Radix Paeoniae Alba, ere, mostly meridian to spleen, stomach, lung and liver with function of tonifying Qi, inducing astringency, clearing heat, regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation. Among them, 34 prescriptions containing ＂toxic＂ Chinese medicines, 13 kinds of Chinese patent medicines were reported with adverse reactions, and most of them were containing ＂toxic＂ Chinese medicines. Conclusion The prescription characteristics of Chinese patent medicine in chronic gastritis are consistent with the principles of clinical treatment, but it is still necessary to be alert to the use of Chinese patent medicines especially for the the listed Chinese medicine containing ＂toxic＂ Chinese medicine due to its lack of security.
