摘  要:目的研究大蒜油羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合物利用超声波法制备的最佳工艺条件。方法采用L9 (34)正交实验法,以超声波超声功率、包合温度、超声时间及HP-β-CD和大蒜油投料比为考察因素,以包油率及产率为考察指标,利用极差和方差分析确定最佳工艺条件,然后进行验证试验。结果超声法制备大蒜油HP-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺条件为:HP-β-CD与大蒜油投料比(7:1),包合温度(35℃),超声时间(30min),超声功率(210W)。结论超声法制备出的大蒜油HP-β-CD包合物包油率和产率高,产品质量好,值得推广。Objective To study the best technological conditions for the preparation of inclusion complex of inclusion complexes of garlic oil with Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin ( HP-β-CD ) by ultrasonic method. Methods The L9(3^4) orthogonal test was used to determine the best process conditions for the volatile oils by range analysis and variance analysis. Ultrasonic ultrasound power,inclusion temperatm'e,ultrasonic time,and the feed ratio of HP-β-CD and garlic oil were taken as research factors.The inclusion rate and the inclusion complex yield rate were taken as the criteria for evaluation. Results The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of garlic oil HP-beta-CD inclusion complex by ultrasonic method were as follows:the feed ratio of HP-beta-CD to garlic oil (7:1),the inclusion temperature (35℃),the ultrasonic time (30min),and the ultrasonic power (210W). Conclusion The inclusion complex of garlic oil with HP-β-CD prepared by ultrasonic method has high inclusion rate and the inclusion complex yield,good product quality.It is worth popularizing.
