国产和进口美罗培南对多重耐药菌感染脓毒血症的疗效和药物经济学分析

摘　　要：目的比较分别用国产和进口的美罗培南治疗多重耐药菌感染脓毒血症的临床疗效以及分析其药物经济学。方法选取2016年2月～2018年2月间来我院接受治疗的由于多重耐药菌感染的脓毒血症患者58例作为研究的实验对象,采用随机数字表法分组,分为对照组和观察组两组。其中对照组患者采用国产美罗培南药物治疗;观察组患者采用进口美罗培南药物治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、细菌检测情况以及两种药物的经济学情况。结果两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率和细菌清除情况都没有明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);另外两组患者使用的药物经济学情况有明显差异,进口美罗培南的价格要明显高于国产美罗培南,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对多重耐药菌感染的脓毒血症患者采用国产美罗培南和进口美罗培南都有同样的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率和细菌清除率,两种药物并无明显差异,但是国产美罗培南比进口美罗培南价格更实惠,更亲民,更经济,因此在临床上的利用率更高。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and pharmacoeconomics of domestic and imported meropenem in the treatment of multiple drug-resistant bacterial sepsis. Methods Fifty-eight patients with sepsis caused by multi-drug resistant bacteria infection who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups： control group and observation group by random number table. The control group was treated with domestic meropenem; the observation group was treated with imported meropenem. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, bacterial detection and the economics of the two drugs were observed. Results The results showed that there was no significant difference in clinical treatment effect, adverse reaction rate and bacterial clearance between the two groups, P 〉 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; The other two groups of patients used drug economics were significantly different. The price of meropenem was significantly higher than that of domestic meropenem, P 〈 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion From this we can know that domestic meropenem and imported meropenem have the same clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rate and bacterial clearance rate for sepsis patients infected with multidrug resistant bacteria. There is no significant difference between the two drugs, but domestic meropenem is more affordable and more pro-fertile than imported meropenem. People are more economical, so their utilization rate in clinic is even higher.
