彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果情况。方法选取我院2016年1月～2018年6月收治昭通市第一人民医院超声科58例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为观察组,同时选取同期我院健康体检者30例作为对照组。观察两组研究对象双侧股总静脉(CFV)、股浅静脉(SFV)、腘静脉(POV)、胫后静脉(PTV)、内侧腓肠静脉(MGV)下肢静脉内径值情况,CFV、SFV、POV的CDFI值情况。结果观察组CFV、SFV、POV、PTV、MGV下肢静脉内径值均高于对照组,观察组CFV、SFV、POV的CDFI值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢静脉血栓时,可以对扩张的下肢静脉管径、血流充盈情况进行观察,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the clinical effect of diagnosing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis by color doppler ultrasound. Methods The choice of the 58 case of the deep vein thrombosis in the first person from January 2016 to June 2018, the ease of the patients with the deep vein thrombosis under the hospital,and 30 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The inner diameter of bilateral common femoral vein（CFV）, superficial femoral vein（SFV）, popliteal vein（POV）, posterior tibial vein（PTV）, medial sural vein（MGV） and CFV, SFV and POV were observed. Results The CFV, SFV, POV, PTV and MGV of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the CFV, SFV and POV of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis by color doppler ultrasound, which could be detect for expanded lower limb vein diameter, blood flow is filling up, it is worth to be used.
