摘　　要：目的探讨在腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中Lapro-Clip可吸收夹及改良三孔的临床应用价值,改良、优化LA的术式。方法用随机数字表法将2017年1月1日～2017年10月31日入住我院的120例阑尾炎患者分成改良组及传统组。改良组60例,应用改良三孔切口及Lapro-Clip可吸收夹夹闭阑尾残端;传统组60例,应用传统三孔切口及腹腔镜缝合技术处理阑尾残端。比较两组手术总用时、处理阑尾根部用时(从开始分离阑尾系膜至处理好阑尾残端)、术后开始肛门排气用时、并发症的发生率及住院费用。结果两组并发症的发生率、住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。改良组的手术总用时、处理阑尾根部用时、术后开始肛门排气用时均较传统组短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用Lapro-Clip可吸收夹及改良三孔的LA,具有更简单易行、恢复更快、及更美观的效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of Lapro-Clip absorbable clip and modified three-hole in laparoseopie appendectomy （LA）,to improve and optimize LA operation. Methods One hundred and twenty appendicitis patients in the hospital from January 1,2017 to October 31,2017 were divided into the modified group and traditional group by random number table method.60 eases in the modified group were clamped the appendix stump by modified three-hole and Lapro-Clip absorbable clip,60 eases in the traditional group were treated the appendix stump by traditional three-hole and laparoseopie suture technique.Total time of surgmT,treated time of appendix root（From the beginning of separation of the appendix meridian to the treatment of the appendix stump）,postoperative exhaust time,complication rate and hospitalization expense were compared between the two groups. Results The complications rate and hospitalization expense in the two groups had no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The total time of surgery,treated time of appendix root and postoperative exhaust time were shorter than those of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of Lapro-Clip absorbable clip and modified three-hole in LA is easier to implement,faster to recover, and more beautiful,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
