摘  要:选择甲醛、苯乙酮、环己酮和苯胺分别合成DS和DT曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂,再用氯化苄对其进行季胺化形成DSJ和DTJ曼尼希碱季铵盐酸化缓蚀剂。最后,以OP-10/季胺化Mannich碱缓蚀剂(质量分数)、乌洛托品/季胺化Mannich碱缓蚀剂(质量分数)、硫脲/季胺化Mannich碱缓蚀剂(质量分数)和碘化钾/季胺化Mannich碱缓蚀剂(质量分数)作为因素,设计了五因素四水平的正交实验L_(16)(4~5),研究缓蚀剂的最优复配比,得到最优酸化缓蚀剂,并对其缓蚀性能进行研究。This paper choose formaldehyde,acetophenone and cyclohexanone,aniline and DT were synthesized DS Mannich base corrosion inhibitor,and the quaternization of benzyl chloride to form DSJ and DTJ Mannich base quaternary ammonium acid corrosion inhibitor. At last OP-10/quaternized Mannich base inhibitor( mass fraction),urotropine/quaternized Mannich base inhibitor( mass fraction),thiourea/quaternized Mannich base inhibitor( mass fraction),potassium iodide/quaternized Mannich base inhibitor( mass fraction) L16 orthogonal experimental design as a factor five factors and four levels(4^5),the study of optimal corrosion inhibitor compound ratio,optimal acidification inhibitor,and Study on its corrosion inhibition performance.
