摘 要:本文通过向热敏信息记录材料背涂层中加入助剂类物质的适用性试验,筛选出可加入到背层涂布液中的助剂,并通过系统对比各类助剂对背涂层其他性能的影响和综合评价,筛选出一支适合的助剂,可使背涂层其他性能不受影响的同时,摩擦系数达到国际竞品同等水平,防粘连性能良好,一定程度上降低背涂层的静电性能,同时对热敏记录材料的存放和打印过机性能有一定的益处。In this paper, by applying the applicability test of the slip additives to the back coating of the thermal information recording material, the suitable slip additives are picked out. Through systematic comparison and comprehensive evaluation, one of the most suitable slip additives is filtered out which can effectively reduce the friction coefficient to the level as same as the international competition products without affecting other properties of thermal information recording materials. Meanwhile, the anti-blocking performance is good. To some extent, the surface resistance of back coating is lower than before. At last, the join of slip additive has certain benefits for the storage and printing performance of the thermal information recording material.
