摘  要:太赫兹(THZ)成像是太赫兹科学与技术领域中最具应用前景的技术,可用于无损检测等多种领域。采用美国Zomega公司的FICO光纤耦合式太赫兹时域系统分别对树叶及一卡通进行了逐点反射式及透射式扫描成像实验,并利用傅立叶变换的数据处理方法给出了样品的反射及透射的频域光谱及二维图像。通过对成像结果及频域光谱振幅的对比分析,验证了太赫兹成像的特点及优势,对有效利用太赫兹成像技术和开展该领域的相关研究具有指导意义。Terahertz (THZ) imaging is the most promising technique in the terahertz science and technology and can be used in many fields, such as nondestructive testing. With the help of FICO optical fiber coupled tcrahertz time domain system of American Zomega corporation, the reflection and transmission imaging scanning experiments were carried out on the leaves and card. The corresponding spectral and two-dimensional images of samples were drawn on the basis of Fourier transforming data analysis method. By comparing imaging results and analyzing spectral amplitude in frequency domain, the characteristics and advantages of THZ imaging are verified, which are essential to further research on and application of terahertz scanning imaging technology.
