摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定工作场所空气中锑、砷、铍、镉、铬、钴、铜、铅、锰、钼、镍、硒、铊、钍、铀、钒、锌共17种元素及其化合物的方法。方法用微孔滤膜、浸渍后的微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中元素及其化合物,用硝酸湿法消解或者用10%硝酸溶液60℃水浴超声提取,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定。结果待测元素在实验选定的范围内(0μg/L~200μg/L、0μg/L~100μg/L、0μg/L~50μg/L)具有良好的线性关系,r均> 0. 999;检出限为0. 001 281μg/L~3. 517μg/L,最低检出浓度为3. 416×10-7mg/m3~9. 380×10-4mg/m3(以采集75 L空气计算);各元素的平均回收率在90. 2%~109. 5%,RSD在2. 1%~6. 91%。国家标准参考物质的分析结果在标准值范围内。样品在室温下As、Tl、Th、U至少可以保存14 d,其他13种元素可长期保存。结论本方法简便、快速、准确且灵敏度高,可用于工作场所空气中17种元素及其化合物监测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 17 elements, including Sb, As, Be, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Pb, Mn, Mo, Ni, Se, T1, Th, U, V, Zn and their compounds in workplace air by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS). Methods The elements and their compounds in the workplace air were collected by mieroporous membrane and impregnated microporous membrane, and digested with nitric acid or ultrasonically extracted with a 10% nitric acid solution at 60 ℃ in water bath. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP - MS) was used for determination. Results The method showed the good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0 μg/L -200 μg/L, 0 μg/L -100 μ/L, 0 μg,/L -50μ/L for the detected elements, and r values were higher than 0. 999. The detection limit of 17 elements in workplace air were within 0.001 281 μg/L-3. 517 μg/L, and the minimum detectable qualitical concentration was within 3.416×10^-7 mg./m3- 9. 380×10^-4 mg/m3 ( the sample volume was 75 L). The average recovery rates were within 90.2% - 109.5% , and RSD was within 2.1% -6.91%. The results of analyzing standard materials were in the certificate values. The samples could be stored at room temperature for at least 14 days for As, T1, Th, U and long- term for other 13 elements. Conclusion' The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the monitoring of 17 metal elements and their compounds in workplace air.
