摘  要:目的探讨免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿与肺炎支原体(Mycoplasmal pneumoniac,MP)感染的关系及临床意义。方法回顾2016年1月-2017年12月本院就诊ITP患儿,分析肺炎支原体、巨细胞病毒、EB病毒的感染情况,并比较分析治疗前MP感染组与非MP感染组ITP患儿血小板计数及治疗后ITP患儿血小板计数上升至正常的平均病程。结果儿童ITP患者肺炎支原体阳性率为32. 4%,MP感染率较巨细胞病毒、EB病毒等其他病原体感染率高。治疗前MP感染组与非MP感染组ITP患儿血小板计数及治疗后ITP患儿血小板计数上升至正常的平均病程差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论肺炎支原体感染是儿童ITP的重要诱因之一,早期启动特异性抗支原体治疗迅速清除病原体可以促进血小板的恢复,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the relationship and clinical significance between mycoplasma pneumonia infection (MP) infection and immune thrombocytopenia purpura(ITP) in children. Methods To review the infections of MP, cytomegalovirus and Epstein - Barr virus in children with ITP from January 2016 to December 2017, and to compare the platelet counts of children with ITP in pre - treatment MP infection group and non - MP infection group, and to explore the mean course of disease during platelet counts in children with ITP rising to normal. Results The positive rate of MP in children with ITP was 32.4%. The infection rate of MP was higher than that of other pathogens such as cytomegalovirus and Epstein - Barr virus. There was no statistical significance on the difference in the platelet count between the MP infected group and the non - MP infected group before treatment and in the mean platelet count of the ITP children increasing to normal after treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion MP infection is an important inducement of ITP in children. Early initiation of specific anti MP therapy can quickly eliminate pathogens, which can promote platelet recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
