摘  要:目的了解新余2007年-2016年麻疹监测情况及流行状况,为消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法按照《全国麻疹监测方案(2009年)》进行监测;流行病学分析采用描述法,SPSS 19. 0进行数据分析。结果 2007年-2016年新余市报告的疑似麻疹病例共609例,年均报告发病率为5. 44/10万,其中确诊麻疹病例107例,占疑似病例的17. 57%,年均发病率为0. 96/10万;每年3月-8月份为发病高峰期。确诊麻疹病例中,以15岁~30岁为主,占42. 99%;无免疫史者占59. 81%;县区年均发病率差异不明显。结论 2007年-2013年新余市麻疹消除工作取得重大进展,而2016年又有所反弹。应进一步加强麻疹监测和成人的疫苗补种工作,提高适龄儿童的疫苗接种及时率。Objective To understand the surveillance and epidemiological state of measles in Xinyu City, 2007 -2016, and to provide evidence for measles elimination. Methods Surveillance was performed in accordance with National Measles Surveillance Program (2009), descriptive method was adopted for analysis, and data analysis was conducted by SPSS 19.0. Results A total of 609 suspected measles cases were reported in Xinyu City, 2007 -2016, and the average annual reporting incidence rate was 5.44/100 000, among which 107 cases were confirmed, accounting for 17.57% of the suspected measles, with the average annual incidence rate of 0.96/100 000 ; measles peaked during March - August and in 15 - 30 years old cases, accounted for 42.99% , no measles vaccination(MV) accounted for 59.81% ; the average annual incidence rate of the county was not obvious. Conclusion Significant progress had been made in the measles elimination in Xinyu City, 2007 -2013, and rebounded again in 2016. So we should strengthen measles surveiUance and vaccine replantation in adult, improve the timely rate vaccination in school age children.
