摘  要:文章聚焦管内混凝土灌注过程,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立空间有限元模型,采用单元生死与工况叠加模拟方法,对某中承式钢管混凝土拱桥进行计算分析,得到结论:钢管拱各控制点的应力变化均处于规范要求内,但拱顶上挠达6cm,给工程带来较大风险,需要使用斜拉扣索进行调载;拱肋挠度、应力伴随着工序的推进表现为循环性变化,并遵循影响线叠加原则。This article focused on the grouting process of in-pipe concrete, established the spatial finite element model by using the finite element software ANSYS,and by using the method of unit life/death and working condition superposition simulation, it calculated and analyzed such half-through concretefilled steel tubular arch bridge,and drew the conclusions: the stress changes at each control point of steel pipe arch are all within the specification requirements,but the warp on the vaults is up to 6 cm, which poses a great risk to the project and requires the use of cable stays for load adjustment; and the deflection and stress of arch ribs show the cyclical change with the progress of construction process and follow the influence line superposition principle.
