大型建筑企业集中采购大宗物资物流模式研究

摘　　要：建筑行业市场竞争越来越激烈,建筑企业为缩减成本、获得竞争优势,需要寻找新方法。在建筑成本中原材料采购和物流所占的成本比重最大,为了有效地缩减成本,保证工程项目质量,大宗物资集中采购和运用3PL是建筑行业发展的必然选择。文章阐述了集中采购和3PL的优势,并在此基础上提出了集中采购系统的具体构建以及3PL的发展建议,希望为我国建筑企业的未来发展提供建议和帮助。The market competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce, in order to reduce costs, gain competitive advantages, the construction enterprise need find out a new way. In the construction industry, raw material purchasing and construction material logistics account for the largest proportion of costs. In order to effectively reduce costs, ensure the quality of the project, it is an inevitable choice for the development of construction industry to adopt centralized purchasing and 3PL. This paper expounds the advantages of centralized purchasing and 3PL, on this basis, I puts forward the concrete construction of centralized purchasing system and the development proposal of 3PL, I hope to provide suggestions and help for the future development of our country＇s construction enterprises.
