摘　　要：目前货代市场上竞争激烈程度不断加深,行业正在不断洗牌。文章在"一带一路"背景下,对福建省货代企业的发展格局进行梳理,剖析他们面临的问题及机遇,在此基础上,探究福建省货代企业未来的转型发展规划,主要从拓展业务、建设全球供应、加强与周边国家的物流合作、承揽国外FOB指定货业务、提供优质品牌服务、建立合作伙伴等方面进行调整,促进福建省货代企业加快转型升级发展。At present, the market of freight forwarders is becoming more and more intense, and the industry is constantly shuffling. Under the background of“one belt and one road”, the development pattern of freight forwarder enterprises in Fujian province was combed, and the problems and opportunities they faced were analyzed. Base on the case, to explore the future transformation and development plan of freight forwarders in Fujian province. Mainly from expanding our business, building global supply, strengthening logistics cooperation with neighboring countries, contracting foreign FOB designated goods business, providing high-quality brand services, building partnerships and other aspects of adjustment, to promote the accelerated transformation and upgrading of freight forwarders in Fujian province.
