政府股权投资基金设立方式研究——以湖南省重点知识产权运营基金为例

摘　　要：为防范政府股权投资基金风险,以湖南省重点知识产权运营基金为例,政府股权投资基金必须构建设立目的与基金规模、管理架构、让利措施之间的正确关系。具体措施包括:正确计算地方政府股权投资基金规模、适当确定政府出资比例、合理调整管理费提取方式、提高基金管理人出资比例等。To guard against the government private equity funds risk and to take the Key Intellectual Property Operation Fund of Hunan Province as an example, it must be to build the correct relationship between the fund goal and the fund scale, management structure, profit transferring of the government private equity fund. The specific measures include： it is correctly calculating the scale of equity investment fund of local government, determining the proportion of government investment, reasonably adjusting the management fee extraction method, and improving the proportion of fund manager investment.
