摘  要:通过金相组织观察和拉伸试验研究了Er对A356.2铝合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Er是一种对A356.2铝合金组织细化的优良变质剂。当添加0.4%的Er时,合金变质效果最好,此时共晶Si为细小的珊瑚状,α-Al相的二次枝晶臂间距显著减小;合金的抗拉强度提高21.6%,伸长率提高近一倍;合金拉伸断口形貌呈韧性断裂特征,韧窝细小且分布均匀,呈等轴状。The effects of rare earth Er content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A356.2 alloy were investiagted.The results indicate that rare earth Er is an excellent modifier for the refinement of A356.2 aluminum alloy.With 0.4%(mass fraction)of rare earth Er addition,the desirable alloy modification can be observed,where the eutectic silicon exists in form of fine coral,and the secondary dendrite arm spacing ofα-Al phase is reduced significantly.In addition,the tensile strength is increased by 21.6%,and the elongation is increased by nearly 100%.The tensile fracture morphology is changed to a ductile fracture mode with the small and uniformly distributed equiaxed dimples.
