摘 要:为研究空气流场中离心式叶轮受气流激振的受迫振动问题,利用建立等效力学模型的方法,实现叶轮受力复杂简单化的振动特性分析。应用ANSYS Workbench软件对离心式叶轮进行预应力模态分析,得到叶轮结构的固有频率,与理论计算固有频率进行对比,验证模态分析的有效性。基于单向气固耦合分析准确反映叶片的振动特性,叶轮在离心力、气动力及自身重力的作用下模态分析得出最大应力集中在叶片的前缘区域,此区域为最薄弱部分。通过叶轮在不同载荷作用下最大等效压力及最大变形量对比,得出叶轮高速旋转产生的离心力对模态分析占主导因素。In order to investigate the forced vibration of centrifugal impeller in air flow field, the vibrationcharacteristic of the impeller were analyzed by establishing the equivalent mechanical model. By applyingANSYS Workbench software, the pre- stress modal analysis of centrifugal impeller was carried out and thenatural frequency of impeller structure was obtained. And then, the validity of modal analysis was verified bycomparing with the natural frequency obtained by theoretical calculation. According to the accurate vibrationcharacteristic of the blade impeller based on one way gas- solid coupling analysis, it was concluded that themaximum equivalent stress concentration near the leading edge of the blade area and it also was the weakestpart in the region under the action of the centrifugal force, aerodynamic force and its own gravity modalanalysis. Through the comparison of maximum equivalent stress and maximum deformation of impeller underdifferent loads, it was concluded that the centrifugal force generated by rotating impeller is dominant in modalanalysis.
