REXA执行器替代TM25-LP在小汽轮机电调改造上的应用

摘　　要：吉林某电厂300 MW机组汽动给水泵电调(简称MEH),以伍德沃德公司生产的TM25-LP电液转换器为控制执行器,通过调节错油门来驱动油动机进而调节汽轮机进气量,并配独立油站。设备运行8年来陆续出现调节缓慢、转速控制不稳,多次影响锅炉安全稳定运行。为了提高设备稳定性和可靠性,采用密闭油液的REXA液压伺服执行器,对设备进行灵活性改造。采用零负荷冲转速的方法进行实验,得到了比较理想的改造效果,可以得出REXA液压伺服执行器特别适合杠杆反馈的错油门油动机电调方式改造。The steam- driven feed water pump MEH of a 300mw unit in Jilin adopts the TM25-LP electrohydraulicconverter produced by Woodward Company as the control actuator equipped with independent oilstation which implements the steam intake adjusting by regulating the oil motive to actuate the oil-servo-motor.In the past eight years,slow regulation and unstable speed control had occurred successively,which hadaffected the safe and stable operation of the boiler for many times. In order to improve the stability andreliability of the equipment,the REXA hydraulic servo actuator with sealed oil was used to make theequipment flexible. The zero-load impulse speed method was used to do experiments. The results show that theREXA hydraulic servo actuator is especially suitable for the improvement of the lever feedback staggeredthrottle motor.
