摘  要:目的观察自然绝经后女性亚临床甲状腺功能亢进(SHyper)对骨密度以及骨代谢相关指标的影响。方法纳入绝经后亚临床甲亢女性50例为研究组,健康体检人员50例为对照组。观察两组一般指标,年龄、体重、体质指数;甲状腺功能指标,TSH、FT3、FT4、T3、T4;骨代谢指标,Ca2+、P3+、PTH、β-CTX、P1NP、VD3、N-MID及正位腰椎的骨密度(DXA)情况。结果亚临床甲亢组TSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05),骨代谢指标β-CTX、P1NP、N-MID、DXA与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ca2+、P3+、PTH、VD3与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),SHyper组TSH水平与P1NP、β-CTX、N-MID无明显相关性,与DXA呈高度负相关;FT3与β-CTX、P1NP、NMID、DXA无明显相关性;FT4与N-MID成低度负相关,与DXA成低度正相关,与β-CTX、P1NP无明显相关性。结论自然绝经后女性亚临床甲状腺功能亢进可影响骨代谢功能,导致骨密度降低。Objective To observe the effect of subclinical hyperthyroidism on bone mineral density and biochemical index of bone metabolism in postmenopausal women.Methods 50 subjects of postmenopausal women with hyperthyroidism were enrolled in the group,and 50 healthy persons were taken as control group.To compare baseline information including age,weight,BMI of two groups,thyroid function,biochemical index of bone metabolism,the bone mineral density(DXA)and bone mineral density(BMD)of the lumbar spine were measured.Results CTX,P1 NP,N-MID and DXA in the hyperthyroidism group were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05),while the levels of Ca^2+,P^3+,PTH and VD3 were not significantly different from those in control group(P〈0.05).TSH is no-correlated with P1 NP,β-CTX and N-MID,and negatively correlated with DXA in subhyperthyroidism group.But the level of serum FT3 is no-correlated with P1 NP,β-CTX and N-MID;and FT4 is negatively correlated with N-MID,is positively correlated with DXA and no-correlated with P1 NP,β-CTX.Conclusion Natural postmenopausal women with subclinical hyperthyroidism can affect bone metabolism,leading to reduced bone mineral density.
