二维、实时三维超声成像在胎儿四肢骨骼发育异常鉴别及诊断中的价值探析  被引量:5

摘  要:目的探讨分析二维、实时三维超声成像对于胎儿四肢骨骼发育异常的鉴别诊断效果。方法以2016年4月-2017年4月于我院进行常规超声筛查的孕妇1373例为研究对象,先后予以二维及实时三维超声成像检查,对比两种检查方法对发育异常检出情况。结果根据产后追踪结果发现,1373例孕妇所娩出胎儿中,有7例存在四肢骨骼畸形(包括3例多指、3例并趾、1例缺趾)。对比两种超声方法的诊断结果发现,实时三维超声成像的畸形检出率85.71%显著高于二维超声的28.57%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声及实时三维超声成像对胎儿的四肢骨骼发育异常均有一定诊断效果,但实时三维超声对胎儿手指及脚趾的细节畸形诊断优势更明显。Objective To investigate the diagnosis effect of two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging for the abnormal development of fetal limbs.Methods A total of 1,373 pregnant women who were screened in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects.Two-dimensional and realtime three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging were respectively given.The abnormal development of two methods of inspection was compared.Results According to the postpartum follow-up,there were 7 cases of deformity of the extremities(including 3 cases,3 cases,and 1 lack of toes)in the delivery of the fetus by 1373 pregnant women.Comparison of two methods of ultrasonic diagnosis results show that the deformation of four-dimensional ultrasound imaging detection rate 85.71%is significantly higher than 28.57% of the two-dimensional ultrasound,comparing the two groups statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in fetal limb skeletal dysplasia were diagnosed have certain effect,but the real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosing the details of the fingers and toes malformation fetus advantages are more obvious.
