摘　　要：本文分析韶钢特棒成品称量电子平台秤检定数据失准,运行稳定性差的成因,制定针对性的改造方案并具体实施;再通过对改造前后设备使用状态对比说明了设备改造效果,阐述特棒成品钢材秤设计、制造、安装调试和使用过程中,实现其设备运行稳定性和计量数据准确度的具体措施和方法。This paper Shaogang special bar weighing electronic platform scale verification data misalignment causes poor operation stability, develop targeted transformation plan and implementation; and then through the contrast before and after the transformation of the status of equipment that effect of transformation equipment, elaborated great finished steel scale design and manufacturing, installation and use of the process to achieve.
