摘　　要：俄罗斯油气资源非常丰富,随着其液化天然气(LNG)产业的发展,有望成为世界最大的LNG生产和出口国之一。世界LNG市场在过去几年中出现了加速发展,俄国内天然气市场增长乏力,欧洲天然气市场竞争加剧,作为管道天然气出口大国的俄罗斯,势必强势布局LNG产业,LNG成为俄罗斯天然气资源商业化的重要手段。俄亚马尔LNG项目已成功运行,为争夺未来国际天然气市场话语权,确保天然气出口大国的地位,俄计划大幅提高LNG产能,预计到2035年俄LNG产能将占全球20%。目前俄罗斯运行和规划拟建LNG项目有8个,其中两个项目正在运行,规划的LNG项目能否如期启动还有待观察。Russia is rich in oil and gas resources and expected to become one of the world＇s largest LNG production and exporting countries as its liquefied natural gas（LNG） industry developed. In the past few years, the world LNG market has witnessed accelerated development, the domestic natural gas market in Russia has been sluggish, and the European natural gas market has become increasingly competitive. As a major exporter of pipeline natural gas, Russia is bound to take a strong position in the LNG industry, and LNG has become an important means for the commercialization of natural gas resources in Russia. Russia＇s Yamal LNG project has been successfully operated. In order to fight for the right to speak in the international gas market in the future and ensure the status of a big exporter of natural gas, Russia plans to significantly increase its LNG production capacity and its LNG capacity is expected to account for 20% of the global LNG production capacity by 2035. At present, Russia has 8 LNG projects in operation and planning, 2 of which are in operation. It remains to be seen whether the planned LNG projects will start as scheduled.
