摘  要:目的分析负压封闭引流技术(VSD)对压疮创面创缘组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法 78例压疮患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各39例。研究组患者采用VSD进行治疗,对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,比较两组患者创面愈合及创面创缘组织中VEGF变化情况。结果研究组患者创面愈合优良率为94.9%,其中优17例、良20例、差2例;对照组患者创面愈合优良率为79.5%,其中优15例、良16例、差8例;研究组优良率高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3周后研究组患者吸光度(MOD)值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压疮患者行VSD可促进创面愈合,增加创缘组织中VEGF含量,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the wound margin tissue of pressure ulcer wounds. Methods A total of 78 patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into research group and control group, 39 cases in each group. Patients in the research group were treated with VSD, patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs. The wound healing and change of VEGF in wound margin tissue between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the research group was 94.9%, of which 17 cases were excellent, 20 cases were good and 2 cases were poor. The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the control group was 79.5%, of which 15 cases were excellent, 16 cases were good and 8 cases were poor, the excellent and good rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After 1 week, 2 and 3 weeks of treatment, the mean optical density(MOD) of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Pressure ulcer patients with VSD can promote wound healing, increase the content of VEGF in wound margin tissue and is worthy of popularization and application.
