参苓白术丸联合益生菌治疗小儿非感染性腹泻疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的观察参苓白术丸联合益生菌治疗小儿非感染性腹泻的临床疗效及安全性。方法 90例非感染性腹泻患儿,以随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组以双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参苓白术丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清学指标[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17和分泌型免疫球蛋白A(IgA)]及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后IL-6、IL-17水平低于治疗前,而分泌型IgA水平高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-6、IL-17水平低于对照组,分泌型IgA水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论参苓白术丸联合益生菌治疗小儿非感染性腹泻疗效确切,能够有效调节机体炎症反应,增强免疫力,且安全性可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenling Baizhu pills combined with Probiotics in the treatment of children with non infectious diarrhea. Methods A total of 90 children with non infectious diarrhea were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetralogy viable tablets, the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu pills on the basis of the control group. The serological indicators [interleukin（IL）-6, IL-17 and secretory immunoglobulin A（IgA）], clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the secretory IgA levels were significantly higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the level of secretory IgA was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 75.56% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. During the treatment, no obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion The efficacy of Shenling Baizhu pills combined with Probiotics in the treatment of children with non-infectious diarrhea is reliable, can effectively regulate the body＇s inflammatory response, enhance immunity, safe and reliable, is worthy of clinical promotion.
