某医院医患关系现状调查与对策分析

摘　　要：目的:对医患关系的现状以及影响医患和谐的原因进行调查分析,提出构建和谐医患关系的建议。方法:通过文献法和问卷调查法、自制调查表对某综合医院医务人员与患者进行抽样调查。结果:无论是在医务人员还是患者看来,目前的医患关系需要进一步改善。"医疗费用高"和"就医环境差"是医患双方一致认为不利于构建和谐医患关系的主要因素。医患双方都认为"过度治疗"和"服务态度差"以及"医疗告知不充分"是医德医风中存在的较突出问题。关于目前医患沟通的满意度,患者比医务人员要低很多,多数患者对目前医患沟通表示不满意。"合理收费"是医患双方对实现和谐医患关系途径的共识。结论:和谐医患关系受多种因素影响,需要多方面、多角度的共同努力。Objective： Through the investigation and analysis of current situation of doctor-patient relationship and the reasons for the disadvantage of doctor-patient harmony,the suggestions on building harmonious relationship between doctors and patients are put forward. Methods：By literature research and questionnaire,a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a sample survey of medical staff and patients in a general hospital. Results： Whether the medical staff or the patient,the current doctor-patient relationship needs to be further improved.High medical expenses and poor medical environment are the main factors that both doctors and patients agree that it is not conducive to build harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Both doctors and patients believe that excessive treatment,poor service attitude and inadequate medical advice are prominent problems in medical ethics.On the satisfaction of the current doctor-patient communication,the patient is much lower than the medical staff,most patients are dissatisfied with the current doctor-patient communication.Reasonable medical charges is consensus between doctors and patients on achieving a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion：The harmonious doctor-patient relationship is influenced by many factors,and it must be a joint effort from multiaspect and multi-angle.
