摘 要:电机在某些工况下会产生再生能量,并在逆变电路的直流母线上形成泵升电压,为避免该电压对逆变电路及其他器件造成损伤,通常通过整流电路将再生能量回馈电网或在驱动器逆变电路上增加泄放电阻电路进行消耗,抑制泵升电压。本文提出了一种基于电机绕组能量自消耗方式的泵升电压抑制方法,其基本原理是通过恰当控制电机驱动器逆变电路中功率开关管的状态,使电机绕组两端直接形成闭合回路,再生能量在电机绕组上消耗,从而抑制泵升电压。分别给出了单独采用软件和纯硬件的实现方案,详细描述了再生能量的电流回路、泵升电压的抑制过程、工作时序。软件方案具有良好的灵活性,纯硬件方案具有更好的可靠性。基于电机绕组能量自消耗方式的泵升电压抑制方法相较于常规的抑制泵升电压的方式,具有软硬件简单、成本低的优势,特别适用于因快速制动或外力拖动电机转动产生的泵升电压的抑制。Regenerative energy is generated in some working condition by motor, and this energy form bumping voltage on DC bus of inverter circuit, to avoid damaging inverter circuit and other components, usually this energy is rectified and fed to power grid, or is consumed by resistor circuit in parallel with DC bus of inverter circuit, thus the bumping voltage is suppressed. Method of bumping voltage suppression based on motor winding self-consuming is put forward in this paper, the fundamental is that the two terminal of motor winding is short connected by specifically controlling the switches of inverter, regenerative energy is consumed in motor winding, and less bumping voltage is generated. Then implementations respectively by software and hardware are stated, regenerative energy loop, bumping voltage suppression process and working time sequence are also described in detail. The implementation with software is more flexible and with hardware is more reliable. Method of bumping Voltage suppression based on motor winding self-consuming is simple both in software and hardware , and also cost-effective, it is especially suitable for the application that motor is dragged by external force or is braked rapidly.
