摘　　要：习近平民族工作理论是马克思主义民族思想中国化的理论成果,是习近平治国理政思想的重要组成部分。在中国特色社会主义现代化建设进入新时代的今天,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视民族工作,赋予民族工作"生命线"的特殊地位,坚持民族工作"人本化"的价值理念,运用民族工作"石榴籽"的通俗表达,提出民族工作"科学化"的行动方案,形成了系统全面的习近平新时代民族工作理论。Xi Jinping’ s thought of national work was the theoretical achievement of sinicization of Marx’ snational ideology and an important part of Xi Jinping’ s governing thought. Today, in the modern era of so-cialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, the Party Central Committee, with comrade Xi Jinping asthe core, attached great importance to the national work, gave the special status of the “lifeline”of nationalwork, adhered to the value concept of “humanism”in national work, the popular expression of“pomegranateseed”in national work and put forward the action plan of “scientific”work, which formed a systematic andcomprehensive thought of Xi Jinping’ s national work in the new era.
