高能量超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗扁平疣临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高能量超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将192例扁平疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组96例应用高能量超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗,对照组96例应用液氮冷冻治疗,两组还同时肌注卡介菌多糖核酸,观察两组间总有效率、平均治疗次数及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率为92%,显著高于对照组73%(P <0. 01);观察组平均治疗次数(1. 72±0. 36)次,显著低于对照组(2. 57±0. 64)次(P <0. 01);两组均未出现永久不良反应。结论:高能量超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗扁平疣有显著的治疗效果和美容效果,安全可靠,是一种理想的治疗方法。Objective： To evaluate the treatment effect of high-energy ultra-pulse CO 2 laser on flat warts. Methods： 192 patients with flat warts were divided into observation group （high-energy ultra-pulse CO 2 laser treatment group） and control group （cryotherapy group） equally and randomly.All the cases received intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid.The efficient,the average treatment times and side-effect were compared between the two groups. Results： The efficient of observation group （92%） was significant higher than that of control group （73%, P 〈0.01）,the average treatment times of observation group （1.72±0.36） was significant lower than that in the control group （2.57±0.64, P 〈0.01）.There was no permanent side-effect in both groups. Conclusion： High-energy ultra-pulse CO 2 laser treating flat wards has significant treatment effect and cosmetic effect,safe and reliable,is an ideal treatment method.
