摘 要:为了提高镍钼矿中镍矿物浮选回收率,对其进行了浮选分离试验研究。分子动力学模拟结果表明,十六烷基吡啶在氧化镍表面的吸附能为-443.04 kJ/mol,小于在氟磷灰石表面的吸附能(-420.16 kJ/mol),可作为氧化镍和氟磷灰石浮选分离的捕收剂。酒石酸与Ca^(2+)形成络合物,络合物附着于氟磷灰石表面,影响捕收剂与氟磷灰石接触,可以作为浮选抑制剂。该镍钼矿石镍含量4.52%,经浮选可以得到镍回收率89.06%、尾矿中镍含量低至0.71%的良好指标。Flotation tests were carried out to improve the reeovery of nickel minerals from a Ni-Mo ore. According to molecular dynamics simulations, the adsorption energy of eetylpyridinium chlorides (CPC) on nickel oxide is -443.04 k J/tool, smaller than its adsorption energy on fluorapatite, which is -420.16 kJ/mol. This indicates that CPC can be used as collector in flotation separation of nickel oxide and fluorapatite. Tartaric acid can be used as a depressant as it can form complex with Ca2+ ions, which can be attached onto fluorapatite and hinder the adsorption of collector thereon. This raw Ni-Mo ore with Ni content of 4.52% was subjected to flotation, resulting in Ni recovery at 89.06% and the Ni content in the tailings reduced to 0.71%.
