摘 要:研究了某高泥氧化锌矿不脱泥浮选和脱泥浮选时的最佳矿浆浓度,2种方式的最佳矿浆浓度分别为17.77%和24.40%。基于现有悬浮液流变学理论进行了公式推导和试验数据拟合,得出矿浆浓度与矿浆粘度间存在3次多项式的关系。在不脱泥浮选和脱泥浮选中,各自最佳浮选指标下的矿浆浓度和表观粘度都不同,但还原粘度均在17~18之间。还原粘度已将矿浆的诸多因素包含在内,是比矿浆浓度更根本的衡量指标,可作为衡量矿浆分散程度的量化标准。该研究对含泥矿物浮选有一定指导意义。Based on the study, the optimal pulp densities for non-desliming and desliming flotation of a highly-mudded zinc oxide ore were determined to be 17.77% and 24.40%, respectively. Formula derivation and experimental data fitting based on suspension rheologieal theory show that there is a cubic polynomial relationship between pulp density and viscosity. In non-desliming and desliming flotation tests, pulp density and apparent viscosity were different under their optimal flotation results. However, the reduced viscosity was kept within the range of 17- 18. It is a more fundamental index compared with pulp density as it involves many factors of pulp, and can be used as a quantitative criterion to measure the dispersion degree of pulp. This research result can provide guidance for the flotation of muddy minerals.
