摘 要:为满足杨家坝矿业公司的扩产计划,在对尾矿进行沉降试验的基础上,对原尾矿浓缩输送系统进行了改造方案设计及对比分析,结果表明,通过拆除原有Φ53 m普通浓密机、新建Φ28 m高压浓密机,可以满足公司生产规模扩大到年处理原矿石200万吨后尾矿浆高浓度输送至尾矿库储存的生产需求。改造实践证实,原有浓缩系统的问题基本得到了解决,新建高压浓缩系统大大提高了尾矿浓缩效率,节约了输送能耗和水资源,经济效益显著。To meet the production expansion plan of Yangjiaba Mining Company, retrofit schemes for on-site tailings thickening and transporting system were designed and compared for analysis based on the settling experiments of tailings. It is shown that with a newly buih φ28 m high pressure thickener to replace the original φ53 m ordinary thickener, the production demand for transporting high concentration tailings to tailings pond after the company's raw ore processing capacity is expanded to annually 2 million tons can be satisfied. The retrofit practice shows that, the existing problems for thickening systems can be mostly solved, and the newly constructed high pressure system can significantly increase the railings thickening efficiency and cut down the consumption of transportation energy and water resource, bringing in remarkable economic effectiveness.
