腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗输卵管妊娠的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗输卵管妊娠的效果。方法选取我院2016年8月—2018年5月收治的60例输卵管妊娠患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组给予在腹腔镜下输卵管切除术治疗,实验组给予在腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗。比较两组术中情况、手术前后血β-HCG变化及术后再次妊娠情况。结果实验组患者的手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者术后1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d的血β-HCG均无明显差异(P> 0. 05);实验组术后患者宫内妊娠率为60. 00%,明显高于对照组的46. 67%;实验组术后患者未孕率为20. 00%,明显低于对照组的33. 33%;差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),两组术后出现异位妊娠率无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。结论腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗输卵管妊娠患者的临床疗效显著,且有利于患者的恢复,值得进一步推广使用。Objective：To analyze the effect of laparoscopic tubal incision on tubal pregnancy. Methods ：60 cases of tubal pregnancy admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to May 2018 were selected, and 30 cases of tubal pregnancy were divided into control group and experimental group by random number method, and laparoscopic tubal resection was given in the control group. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic tubal incision and embryogenesis. The changes of blood β-HCG before and after operation and post-operative pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results：The time of operation and hospitalization were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group, and the bleeding was less than in the control group, which was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in blood β- HCG after 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days（P 〉0.05）. The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the experimental group was 60. 00 tins, which was significantly higher than the control group＇s 46. 67 tins. In the experimental group, the rate of infertility was 20. 00, which was significantly lower than the control group＇s 33. 33. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there was no significant difference in ectopic pregnancy rate between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Laparoscopic tubal incision and embry-oplasty are effective in the treatment of tubal pregnancy, and are beneficial to the recovery of the patients. It is worth further promotion and use.
