摘　　要：目的了解我院全肠外营养液(TPN)的应用情况,进一步规范临床用药,确保用药安全。方法统计我院2017年1月至2017年6月半年内全院临床科室TPN使用情况,并评价其处方组成的合理性。结果半年内共调配TPN 3104例,主要应用于少数外科科室,处方设计基本合理,部分处方在糖脂比、热氮比、丙氨酰谷氨酰胺浓度、微量元素及维生素使用方面存在不足。结论应全面推广合理化、规范化应用TPN,保证临床用药安全。Objective：By knowing the state of dealing with of TPN in our hospital, we can provide the help for clinical reasonable medication. Methods：Statistics and analysis the usage of TPNs in all clinical departments from Jan. 2017 to Jun. 2017. Results： 3104 TPNs used in surgical departments. Although the design of TPNs was reasonable, there were still some problems , such as the ratio of glucose and fat emulsion, the ratio of heat and nitrogen, the concentration of propionyl glutamine, the usage of trace elements and nutramin. Conclusions： We should ensure the safety of clinical medicatioin by promting ratioinalization and specification in TPN using.
