影像学表现对细菌性脑脓肿诊治的指导作用

摘　　要：目的根据影像学特点对细菌性脑脓肿进行明确的诊断,并根据影像学表现选择合适的治疗方法。方法2012年1月—2017年3月我院共收治36例细菌性脑脓肿患者,治疗前根据磁共振弥散受限、环状强化、T2低信号环及CT病灶的低密度对脑脓肿做出明确的诊断,并根据影像学表现决定保守、开颅或CT定位下穿刺引流。结果 36例患者均在治疗前得出正确的诊断,根据影像学表现采用正确有效的治疗方法。结论影像学表现可对细菌性脑脓肿做出正确的诊断,并能指导治疗方式。Objective：According to the imaging characteristics, make clear diagnosis of bacterial brain abscess and choose the appropriate treatment. Methods：From January-2012 to March 2017, 36 patients with bacterial brain abscess were treated in our hospital. Before treatment, a definite diagnosis was made for brain abscess based on magnetic resonance diffusion limited, annular enhancement, T2 low signal ring, and low density of CT lesions. According to imaging findings, conservative, craniotomy, or CT puncture drainage was undergo for the patients. Results ：The correct diagnosis was achieved in 36 patients before treatment, correct and effective treatment was taken according to imaging findings. Conclusion： Imaging findings are accurate for diagnosis of bacterial brain abscesses and can guide the treatment for the patients with bacterial brain abscess.
