摘　　要：随着城市建设的快速发展,城市空间的功能整合和智慧城市的建设越来越受到重视。经济和社会发展规划、城乡规划、土地规划及环境保护规划等多重规划的协调统一是城市空间功能优化的关键,论文通过探索"多规合一"的合理协调途径和机制,以更好地为城市土地集约利用提供有力支撑。With the rapid development of urban construction, more and more attention has been paid to the function integration of urban space and the construction of smart city. The coordination and unifcation of the multiple planning such as economic and social development planning, urban and rural planning, land planning and environmental protection planning is the key to the optimization of urban spatial function. Through exploring the reasonable coordination approach and mechanism of ＂multi-planning integration＂, this paper hopes to provide strong support for the intensive use of urban land.
