运脾化湿法治疗脾虚气滞型便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察运脾化湿法治疗脾虚气滞型便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月我院肛肠科收治的脾虚气滞型便秘患者52例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组26例。治疗组使用运脾化湿中药组成的"和通方"加减治疗,对照组采用麻仁软胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后症状积分、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组平均症状积分为(5.32±2.33)分,低于对照组的(9.75±3.09)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率为76.92%,高于对照组的23.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者未出现过敏反应及肝肾功能的明显异常。结论运脾化湿法治疗脾虚气滞型便秘,疗效更佳,可减轻症状,不增加不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the method of Transfer spleen to remove dampness in the treatment of constipation with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 52 patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 26 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ＂He Tong Fang＂,which was composed of traditional Chinese medicine to transfer spleen to remove dampness.The control group was treated with Maren soft capsule, and the symptom scores, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the mean score of symptom in the treatment group was （5.32 ±2.33）, lower than that in the control group （9.75 ±3.09）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The effective rate in the treatment group was 76.92%, which was higher than that in the control group 23.08%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. No allergic reaction and abnormal liver and kidney function were found in the two groups. Conclusion The method of transfer spleen to remove dampness is more effective in treating constipation with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type, and can relieve symptoms without increasing adverse reactions.
