摘 要:为了研究残余灰分对低温等离子体(NTP)柴油机颗粒物捕集器(DPF)再生的影响,搭建了颗粒物(PM)捕集系统及NTP喷射再生DPF试验系统,并利用傅里叶红外光谱仪及X射线能谱仪分析了灰分中的官能团及元素组成。研究结果表明,残余灰分提高了DPF的导热热阻,使得再生过程中DPF内部温度升高。残余灰分减小了DPF的孔隙率,PM捕集率升高,完全再生时的碳去除量明显增多,增幅达34.0%。灰分样品中主要成分为金属氧化物及无机盐,金属元素质量分数达23.8%~27.4%,P和S元素质量分数分别在6.8%~8.9%和9.6%~14.4%。此外,灰分样品中还含有少量有机物,其中含氧官能团和芳香环的吸收峰较为明显。75%负荷下得到的灰分样品中的C、O含量比相对最低,表明该样品中金属氧化物及无机盐含量相对较高,而有机物含量较低。In order to study the effects of residual ash on the regeneration of diesel particulate filter (DPF) by non thermal plasma (NTP) technology, a particulate matter (PM) loading system and a DPF regeneration system by NTP technology were built up. An Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to analyze the functional groups and elements composition. The results showed that the residual ash can improve the thermal conduction resistance, leading to a temperature rise during the DPF regeneration, and reduces the DPF porosity, increasing the trapping rate of PM. The carbon removal mass increases by 34.0% in a complete DPF regeneration. The major compositions of residual ash are metallic oxides and inorganic salts with a total metal element mass content of 23.8%- 27.4%. The mass contents of elements P and S are 6.8%- 8.9% and 9.6%- 14.4%, respectively. In addition, there are also small contents of organics contained in the residual ash, and the absorption peaks of oxygen containing functional groups and aromatic rings appear in the FTIR analysis. And relatively least contents of elements C and O exist in the ash sample obtained under 75% engine load. The low contents of C and O indicate high contents of metallic oxides and inorganic salts and low content of organics.
