摘 要:天然气作为清洁化石能源,在全球一次能源供应中份额快速增加。目前,北美和欧洲地区将天然气作为发电主要能源,而我国天然气发电尚处于起步阶段。随着燃气轮机、页岩气开发等技术突破,燃气发电也将成为我国天然气消费的主力版块。本文以天然气发电基础知识为核心,对设备型号、能量流动、转换效率等参数进行收集,并选取典型机型进行用气量测算模拟及验证,梳理了广东省燃气上网电价历年政策,以期通过售气价格测算实现气电价格疏导,从能源供给端疏导天然气发电价格矛盾,为气电行业发展提供技术支持。As a clean fossil energy, natural gas is rising rapidly in the share of global primary energy supply. Currently, natural gas is already a major energy source of power generation in North America and European, while gas power generation is still in the initial stage in China. With technical breakthroughs in gas turbine and shale gas, gas power generation will be a major sector of China's natural gas consumption. With basic knowledge of gas power generation as the core, this paper collects parameters on equipment types, energy fow, conversion effciency and so on, and chooses typical gas turbine generator to carry out gas consumption calculation simulation and verifcation. It also reviews the policies on gas power feed-in tariff over the years in Guangdong province to examine gas power tariff adjustment through gas sales price calculation and ease the contradiction concerning gas power tariff from energy supply side, providing technical support for gas power industry development.
