摘  要:为了探究玉米单穗粒质量的遗传规律,为选育高产玉米新品种提供参考,以3个玉米组合(组合I:B53/PH6WC;组合Ⅱ:B53/H58;组合Ⅲ:2394/PH6WC)的六世代群体为材料,采用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析的方法,对玉米单穗粒质量的遗传特性进行剖析.结果表明:组合I符合D2模型(1对加性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型),以主基因遗传为主,并且在F2世代选择效率最高;组合Ⅱ符合E1模型(2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性对基因混合遗传模型),在不同的分离世代检测到的基因特征差异很大;组合Ⅲ符合E0模型(2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因混合遗传模型),分离世代的平均主基因遗传率为52.8%,在F2世代选择效率最高.:In this study,the joint segregation analysis of major genes plus polygenes mixed inheritance model was conducted to explore the genetic mechanism of maize single ear grain weigh,using six generations (P1,P2,F1,B1,B2 and F2) of three maize combinations, B53/PH6WC (Cross I ),B53/H58 (CrossⅡ ) and 2394/PH6WC (Cross Ⅲ).The results showed that the optimal model was model D2 in Cross I.It had the highest heritability of major genes in F2 generation of cross I.Cross Ⅱ was model El.The performance was varied in different generation.Cross Ⅲ was model Eo,the average heritability of major genes in segregating generation was 52.8%,and F2 generation was the highest one.
