摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定女贞子中的Fe、Zn、Ca、Na、K、Mn、Cu、Mg、Cr等金属元素的总含量和可溶态含量.以甲醇为溶剂提取女贞子样品的有机化合物,并在波长200~800 nm范围内对其进行光谱扫描.以可溶态金属元素的含量和吸收光谱曲线的吸光度值为变量进行主成分分析.结果表明,该方法不仅能够很好地体现女贞子中齐墩果酸等有机化合物的作用,也表现了金属元素的协同效应,为女贞子品质的综合评价提供了一种参考方法.The total content and soluble content of Fe,Zn,Ca,Na,K,Mn,Cu,Mg,Cr in Ligustrum lucidum Ait weremeasured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES).Organic compounds in L. lucidum aitwere extracted by using methanol as solvent,spectral scanning was performed at a wavelength of 200 nm to 800 nm.The principal component analysis was performed with the content of soluble metal elements and the absorbance valueof the absorption spectra as variables.The results showed that the method could not only reflect the effect of organiccompounds such as oleanolic acid in L. lucidum,but also showed the synergistic effect of metal elements.It providedareference method for the comprehensive evaluation of L. lucidum quality.
