摘  要:介绍了铰接装置研制过程中金属关节轴承的设计开发,重点阐述了结构设计、材料选择以及有限元分析计算分析。结果表明:通过S-N曲线结合有限元计算结果,各部件均满足疲劳寿命要求;通过160万次疲劳试验验证,在垂向载荷(62±10)kN、横向拉压位移±50mm、频率0.5Hz的工况下,金属关节的平均高度H由91.118mm下降至90.784mm,下降了0.334mm;耐磨衬套的内球径R由149.986mm扩大到150.07mm,外扩了0.084mm;确定该新型铰接金属关节轴承能满足城市轨道车辆运行疲劳性能要求。The design application of metal joint bearings is introduced during the development process of articulation device, the strue ture and materials of bearing and the stress distribution under fatigue load condition is mainly emphasized. The results show that the part of the bearing meets the requirement of fatigue life by the curves of S N combination with finite element analysis. Under the vet tieal loads is (62+10) kN, the lateral displacement of tension and compression is + 50 ram, the frequency is 0.5 Hz, the height of bearing goes down 0. 334 mm and the diameter of wear resistant ring is enlarged 0. 084 mm after 1.60 million times fatigue test.
