摘 要:随着嵌入式航电的快速发展,航电处理模块的功能和性能越来越强大,但与此同时,高性能也带来了功耗的攀升。高功耗不仅会影响元器件的使用寿命,更会导致故障频发。所以,机载处理模块需要满足高性能低功耗的特点。另一方面,由于航电设备越来越精密化,航电设备需要在有限的机载物理空间具有尽可能多的功能,机载处理模块的设计准则也需要小型化。为了满足航电系统小型化低功耗的设计要求,设计一种低功耗高性能处理模块,通过选择合理的处理器芯片、优化电路设计等方法来达到小型化低功耗的设计要求,经过测试对比验证了设计的有效性。With the rapid development of embedded avionics,the functions and performance of avionics processing modules are becoming more powerful,but at the same time,high performance also brings about a rise in power consumption.High power consumption not only affects the service life of components,but also causes frequent failures.Therefore,the onboard processing module needs to meet the characteristics of high performance and low power consumption.On the other hand,as avionics equipment becomes more and more sophisticated,avionics equipment needs to have more functions in limited airborne physical space,and the design criteria of airborne processing modules also need to be miniaturized.In order to meet the design requirements of miniaturization and low power consumption of avionics system,this paper designs a low power high performance processing module to achieve the design requirements of miniaturization and low power consumption by selecting reasonable processor chips and optimizing circuit design.The effectiveness of the design was verified by test and comparison.
